Description

  • The complex is based on a multi-beam continuous-wave laser system. The transmission of emission from the laser to the material processing area is carried out through the optical fiber
  • PLD-6 implements the function of adjusting the energy profile of the laser spot in the material processing zone. The distribution of energy in the spot is provided by adjusting the output emission power of each laser module using a computer program
  • The modular design of the complex allows for efficient processing of lagre surfaces, which reduces the process time

  • Surface  hardening, cladding and alloying of high-wear surfaces of parts made of various metals and alloys
  • Laser brazing, welding, material processing, cleaning and surface modification
  • Laser local heating of prepreg surface during automatic dry laying of thermoplastic tape
